MARKET ENTRY & DEVELOPMENT FOR LYRIC AUTOMATION

Since 2017, tn consulting coordinates the international business activities and strategic development in European markets for Lyric Automation. The company specializes in the development and production of automation systems for vehicle and consumer batteries. In 2020, Lyric assigned tn consulting with legal management responsibilities for the German subsidiary.

SINO-EUROPEAN PROCUREMENT PLATFORM

The Sino‑European Procurement Platform (SEPP) enables German and European industrial companies to access new procurement markets in China. Initiated by tn consulting, IAIT, BME, and local government of Sichuan Province, the platform helps to match its partners with suppliers in Western and Central China in order to diversify and improve supply chain efficiency.

ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM FOR CIIC GROUP

On behalf of China International Intellectech Co. (CIIC), tn consulting set up a comprehensive e-learning platform with contents focused on smart manufacturing and digital transformation. CIIC is a backbone enterprise managed by the central government and provides human resources and technology services to around 100,000 companies.

VISITING SCHOLAR PROGRAM FOR CCTEG

In cooperation with China Coal Technology & Engineering Group (CCTEG), tn consulting realized a unique visiting scholar program for future leaders of the company. For a period of one year, a group of 15 highly qualified managers resides in Germany to participate in tailored seminars, workshops, and firm visits and deepens their skills considering German industry standards.

SINO-GERMAN PROCUREMENT 4.0 SUMMIT

On an annual basis, tn consulting co-organizes and actively participates in the Procurement 4.0 Summit held in Chengdu. The conference informs about latest procurement trends with speakers from companies such as Airbus, Fiat-Chrysler and Deutsche Bahn discussing supply strategies for emerging markets and resulting opportunities for SMEs.

VOCATIONAL WORKSHOPS WITH VWN AND FRAUNHOFER

The vocational workshops are based on innovative learning methods and agile working forms. Learning processes take place autonomously and with the greatest possible flexibility in terms of time and self-management. Participants have to research and experiment on their own and need to be problem-oriented to make a project a success.
